Shockwave to be unlockable character in Transformers War For Cybetron

TransformerToys.co.uk has been updated with a new news story called Shockwave to be unlockable character in Transformers War For Cybetron.

 

US video game retailer, Gamestop have updated their product listing for the upcoming Transformers: War For Cybertron video game with news that, for US customers at least, the downloadable content of Shockwave will be exclusive to pre-orders from their stores.   To unlock Shockwave a code will need to be entered and that will be sent to online customers via an email or given to store customers when they pick up the game.  Shockwave will only be playable in the multi-player \"escalation mode\" and can not be used within the main game.  He is described as being the second most powerful Decepticon character in the game after Megatron.  No word as yet on who will be the European distributor of the code, but it wis bound to be printed online after the games release.
