MTV introduce new Transformers Kre-O

MTV Geek have posted an exclusive look at the new Transformers Kre-O figure.  These block figures are in a similar vein to the Built to Rule Transformers toys from a few years ago, with a Lego style building block.

The toys include Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Mirage, Jazz, Prowl, Sideswipe along with  smaller Bumblebee and Optimus Prime figures and Dark of the Moon Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Sentinal Prime andn Starscream

TakaraTomy have updated their website with information on the stores that will be selling the chrome Transformers Dark Side Of The Moon Mech-Tech Weapons.  The store are Toys R Us, Bic Camera and Singh Show (sharing a weapon), Yamada Denki and Yodobashi Camara (also sharing a weapon).  The fourth weapon, the silver one, I can\'t quite translate but it doesn\'t appear to be a store.  All stores will be selling the weapons on the 15th May

TFCC Ramjet sold out and Cheetor not far behind

TransformerToys.co.uk has been updated with a new news story called TFCC Ramjet sold out and Cheetor not far behind.

The Transformers Collectors Club have announced that their exclusive Generation 2 Ramjet figure has sold out in less than 24 hours.  The other club exclusive, Cheetor, is not too far behind with 75% of the stock having already been sold.

TransformerToys.co.uk has been updated with a new news story called Ramjet 75% gone, Cheetor 50%.

BotCon have tweeted that now 75% of Generation Two Ramjets and 50% of Animated Cheetors have now gone.

They have also hinted at another Transformers Animated Beast Warsfigure at BotCon, saying Cheetor will be a must have for anyone who will be BotCon. His Souvenir partner won\'t look right without him!

50 percent of Ramjets sold out

The Transformers Collectors Club have updated their website to take orders for Cheetor and G2 Ramjet as of about 10 minutes ago.  Unfortunately the Fun Publications servers are already started to creek under the strain and appear to have issues validating international credit cards, though I encourage you to keep trying, personally I ended up using a debit card that it could authorise.  The website also has the habit of kicking you out so make sure that its remembered that you have signed in if you are a member and are trying to order

Transformers Dark Of The Moon Trailer Countdown continues

The countdown for the Transformers: Dark of the Moon trailer continues with a new image being released courtesy of Apple Trailers.  The image shows Decepticon spaceship flying through the city.  If you look closely at the full size image you can make out the Decepticons on the roof tops.

Hasbro remove most Dark of the Moon instructions

Having recently posted the instructions for Transformers Dark Of The Moon Megatron on their website, Hasbro have since posted more instruction listings for more Dark of the Moon figures only they have not yet added the instruction sheets themselves and have actually removed most of the Dark of the Moon related instructions sheets, including Megatron.  Of the 32 recent added instructions, only the instruction sheets for Transformers Dark of the Moon MechTech Bumblebee remain available.

Reports are coming in from members of t­he TFW2005.com boards that the leader class Transformers: Dark of the Moon figures have been released 3 weeks early at some Target stores across the US.  There have been confirmed sightings of both Bumblebee and Sentinel Prime thus far.  You can see the original report, and images, here.

Japanese publisher Million Hero have updated their website with some more small images and information on their upcoming book Transformers Generations 2011.  The update includes an small preview image of the Transformers Unite for the Universe comic that comes in the book and is written by Simon Furman and drawn and coloured by Guido Guidi.

There is also a small preview of the contents and confirmation that the book will cover the later part of the Transformers Animated releases, Transformers United, Transformers Revenge as well as some information on the first waves of Transformers Dark Side Of The Moon.

The book also covers a new \"Who\'s Who\" for the \"Transformers Hall of Fame\", a look at some Generation one catalogues and Kabaya figures

MP-10 (Convoy) comes with a human figure that can fit into the driver seat.  It is a new mold, smaller figure/trailer than MP-04, but more Japan animate look!

Cybetron.ca are reporting that Canadian retailer Sears is breaching the release dates for the Transformers Dark of the Moon figures by putting them on the shelves right now.

\"Reports have started coming in that Transformers Dark of the Moon movie toys are being spotted already at retail locations in Canada. It would appear that Sears is jumping the gun and putting figures out earlier than the shelf date of May 16th. These sightings are happening in Sears St Laurent (Ottawa) where the first wave of legends class were found, and at the Sears St-Bruno (Quebec) where the first wave of DOTM deluxe figures, voyager class and cyberverse were on shelves. We\'ve had another couple of quiet months publicly for Auto Assembly, but as ever, we\'ve been working frantically to make 2011 our biggest ever convention and we\'re ready to unveil our latest serious of announcements...

We\'ve got loads of things to announce and update all of you with on Europe\'s largest Transformers convention including an announcement on two more guests making an appearance this year, an update on a great panel that we\'ll be organising and another update and surprise about Auto Assembly 2012...

We\'re doing a lot more work on the convention at the moment as well and our Committee Head Simon is making inroads into catching up on all the paperwork following all of the personal issues he has had to deal with over the last 8 months and as well as working on some great stuff for Auto Assembly 2011 that we\'ll be announcing soon, we have some fantastic plans ahead for Auto Assembly 2012 and beyond and you can expect to hear more from us on these shortly...

You will have noticed that our website hasn\'t been updated for some time and this has been a direct result of Simon\'s personal circumstances, but the site has just undergone a major content update as well and you\'ll find all the latest news and updates on the convention there, including our new promo poster / flyer which you can download.

Finally, if you have booked for Auto Assembly 2011 and still waiting for your confirmation emails, we are processing the final batch of these and they should be issued shortly. Please check your spam box as well as your inbox as we are aware that some mail addresses (most notably hotmail and yahoo) do have some problems receiving email from us.

We are also trying to finalise the despatching of the AA2010 Non-Attendee Packages. The delay of these has been frustrating for us this time around and has been out of our control. We are looking to see if we can include extra items for everyone who has placed orders for them, but it is our intention to ship these in the next 3-4 weeks at the latest.

Anyway, for those of you who want to attend Auto Assembly 2011, tickets are available now from our website. Ticket prices are £50 for adults and £38 for children, students and senior citizens, with under 5s admitted free. One day tickets are available for the Saturday or Sunday (although these will NOT get you into the Friday or Saturday evening programmes) and these cost £30 for adults, £21 for children, students or senior citizens and under 5\'s as always are free. Family tickets will be available shortly.

The convention is taking place over the weekend of 12th - 14th August 2011 at the Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre, Birmingham, England.

Tickets for Auto Assembly 2012 will go on sale later this year.
